Evaluate & recommend a strategy with regard (1) deployment feasibility, (2) human competencies and business requirements to develop the in-house CRM into a commercially viable product, (3) implementation and deployment (4) job descriptions and profile of applicants/students that should become involved in its development, and (5) business model.
Prerequisites:
Knowledge of management information systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) is desirable.
