Concrete production technology: Holderchem offers innovative solutions for the production of precast concrete, including products that enhance concrete workability, strength development and durability. It provides guidance for the production of precast elements using self-compacting concrete.

Improved surface appearance: Products that improve the finishing of concrete surfaces, including mold release agents, both oil based and solvent based, coatings to improve appearance and durability, surface retarders for the production of exposed aggregate concrete etc. are included within the comprehensive product range offered precast manufacturers.

Precast elements repair: Suitable concrete repair materials for small non-structural cracks of less than 2 mm width or for structural cracks of more than 2 mm width, and materials to repair broken edges or achieve a desired texture are supplied. Epoxy based repair mortars to ensure safe structural concrete repairs, as well as leveling and resurfacing mortars to meet special aesthetic requirements are also supplied.

Bonding, installation of anchors, and grouting: Bonding agents ensure strong adhesion to different kinds of substrates are offered. These also help in the transmission of concrete strength. High performance hydrophobic impregnations to meet water ingress, freeze/thaw resistance, chloride and other requirements as well as anti-carbonation paints that also protect from water ingress and increase durability are also offered.
