Description
Batimix Tubofom Series products are low-density polyethylene pipe insulators that are easy to apply. These chemically inert foam insulating products are available in plain or semi-slit designs and in a wide variety of sizes that range from 20 to 200 mm in diameter.

Batimix Tubofom Series products are low-density polyethylene insulating products that are easy to apply. They reduce unwanted heat loss or heat gain, control condensation, decrease plumbing noise, and maximize energy savings.
Batimix Tubofom Series products resist freezing. They can be used in temperatures ranging from -60 to 80 °C and are efficient in controlling heat transfers on a range of plumbing applications such as water lines, refrigeration lines, air conditioning lines, line set tubings, condenser coils, as well as connection and distribution lines

Batimix Tubofom Series products have the following salient features:
- Fast and easy to apply: They are flexible for fast, easy application. They can be applied easily even in close and crowded quarters.
- High Insulation efficiency: Batimix Tubofom products have a cellular structure, which gives them a low average "K" value. They have excellent aging properties, so thermal efficiency remains high in service.
- Wide temperature range: Batimix Tubofom products are used in a wide temperature range from -45⁰C to + 95⁰C, which practically covers all pipe insulation needs in refrigeration, air conditioning, combination hot-chilled water lines, hot water heating system piping, domestic hot and cold water piping.
- Vapor barrier: Batimix Tubofom products have a closed cellular structure, which provides a built-in barrier to water vapor transmission, eliminating the need for a separate vapor barrier, and are particularly useful in the protection of cold piping against condensation problems.
- Eliminate vibrations: Batimix Tubofom products are flexible. They are ideal noise-free shock absorbers as they prevent vibrations and resonance in piping.
- Chemically stable: Batimix Tubofom products are chemically stable and not affected by detergents, greases, oils, acids, alkalis, paints, smokes, etc. They are ideal for protecting pipes from corrosion by atmospheric agents and industrial fumes.
