Description

BATIMIX Tile Adhesive WE-443 is a two-component cementitious-based product with improved waterproofing and open time properties.

The powder component (A) is made of Portland cement, fillers, fine-graded sand, a combination of special additives, and sealing compounds for improved waterproofing. The liquid component (B) is based on synthetic-rubber latex resins for enhancing bonding strength.

Main Purpose

BATIMIX Tile Adhesive WE-443 is used for fixing large-size natural or reconstructed tiles, stones, and where waterproofing and high-performance properties are required, whether inside or outside.

Applications include residential, public, and industrial structures likely to be subjected to vibrations, extreme flexing, deforming problems, and whenever the possibility of active or passive damp and moisture penetrations have to be eliminated.

Admissible substrates include concrete, cement-based plasters, whether painted or not, screeds, hollow blocks, polystyrene, sound-deadening panels, and gypsum boards. Tiling over existing tiles can also be done but after testing.
