Two-component deformable and waterproof tile adhesive
Description
BATIMIX Tile Adhesive WE-441 is a high performance two-component cementitious-based product with improved deformability and waterproofing properties.
The powder component (A) is designed from a blend of Type I Portland cement, fillers, fine-graded sand together with a combination of specialty additives for improved waterproofing and open time. The liquid component (B) is based on elastomer and synthetic-rubber latex resins for enhancing deformability and bonding strength.
Main Purpose
- Residential, public, and industrial structures likely to be subjected to vibrations, extreme flexing, or deforming problems
- Whenever thermic or dimensional variations are expected in external facades
- Whenever the possibility of active or passive damp and moisture penetrations have to be eliminated
- Inside or outside fixing of large-size natural or reconstructed tiles and stones where waterproofing and high performance properties are required
- Admissible substrates include concrete, cement-based plasters (painted or not), screeds, hollow blocks, and gypsum boards. Tiling over existing tiles can also be done, but after preliminary tests

Health and Safety
