One-coat architectural rendering mortar
BATIMIX Monocouche 300 is a pre-packaged cementitious-based mortar. It is used for decorative façade coatings. It is made of binders, fillers, and carefully graded natural and crushed sand, blended with selected additives such as plasticizing, air-entraining, rebound-reducing, water-repelling, and shrinkage-compensating agents.
BATIMIX Monocouche 300 is a ready-to-use coating for the protection and decoration of external and internal façades. It is available in gray, white, and a variety of other natural colors. It gives the appearance of stone, brick, or textured renderings.
BATIMIX Monocouche 300 is designed in such a manner as to improve the workability and bonding characteristics during the application process. It adheres very well to existing plasters, formed or rendered concrete, and to prefabricated panels. The appearance, durability, and surface quality of the finished product are greatly enhanced. Various natural colors
