BATIMIX Epoxy 200 Gel is a 100% reactive, two-component material designed as a moisture insensitive adhesive and binder for numerous application needs. This high modulus material is available in a low viscosity (LV), medium viscosity (MV), or high viscosity (Gel) consistency. BATIMIX Epoxy 200 Gel provides a faster cure time for bonding concrete at temperatures ranging from 1°C to 16°C.

Main Purpose

BATIMIX Epoxy 200 Gel is a multi-purpose product. It is suitable for the following applications:

• General adhesive
• Bonding agent for anchoring bolts, dowels, and pins
• Non-sag material for vertical and overhead coatings.

• Working time and cure time decrease as temperatures increase and conversely increase as temperatures decrease

BATIMIX Epoxy 200 Gel is mixed with sand or other aggregates to produce epoxy repair mortars and epoxy repair concrete. Mix the epoxy unit (part A) with the hardener unit (part B) before adding the aggregate, troweling the mortar into place.

If the surface is too rough, a topcoat of either BATIMIX Epoxy 200 LV or BATIMIX Epoxy 200 MV can be applied.

Dosage

The mix ratio of component A:B is 2:1 by volume

Health and Safety

BATIMIX Epoxy 200 Gel is not a hazardous material. However, do not heat it with open flames. It should not be swallowed or allowed to come into contact with skin and eyes.
