BATIMIX Epoxy 100 Gel is a 100% reactive, two-component material designed as an adhesive and binder for numerous application needs. It is a non-corrosive material recommended for applications that require non-sag characteristics. This high-modulus material is available in low viscosity (LV), medium viscosity (MV), or high viscosity (Gel).

Main Purpose

BATIMIX Epoxy 100 Gel is a multi-purpose product. It is suitable for the following applications:

• Bonding concrete, masonry, steel, or wood
• Anchoring bolts, dowels, and pins
• Sealing cracks
• Production of repair mortars by mixing with sand

The low viscosity product (LV) is primarily used for injection, priming, and sealing; the medium viscosity (MV) for bonding applications and high viscosity (Gel) for anchoring.

BATIMIX Epoxy 100 Gel exhibits the following characteristics:

• Very-strong adhesion to various construction products
• Easy to use mix ratios, by volume
• Designed for applications at temperatures of 10°C to 30°C
• Working time and cure time decrease as temperatures increase and increase as temperatures decrease

BATIMIX Epoxy 100 Gel is mixed with sand and other aggregates to produce epoxy repair mortars and epoxy repair concrete. It should not be used as an aesthetic coating or for overhead anchoring.

BATIMIX Epoxy 100 Gel is not a hazardous material. However, do not heat it with open flames. It should not be swallowed or allowed to come into contact with skin and eyes.
