Holderchem Social Media Internship Opportunity

Holderchem is committed to expanding its presence across key social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and Twitter. Each channel will serve a distinct purpose:

- LinkedIn: A hub for internship and job opportunities at Holderchem, as well as insights into our workplace culture and partnerships.

- Facebook: A platform to share updates on sustainability initiatives, company news, and key milestones.

- Instagram: A visual showcase of our projects worldwide, highlighting Holderchem’s journey and that of our partners.

- YouTube: Our website will feature links to partners’ publicly available videos, such as corporate presentations, application guides, and project highlights.

Internship Responsibilities

Interns will play an integral role in executing Holderchem’s social media strategy. Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting comparative analyses and developing comprehensive content plans.

- Coordinating content rollouts and optimizing the storage, management, and retrieval of multimedia assets (illustrations, photos, videos, web pages, social media posts, presentations, and e-learning materials).

- Relaying and communicating partners’ content effectively across channels.

- Tracking and analyzing performance metrics for social media campaigns.

- Scheduling posts and writing engaging captions tailored to each platform.

- Assisting in brand growth by raising awareness through targeted social media strategies and ensuring effective community management.

- Supporting the development, dissemination, and monitoring of marketing assets while engaging with Holderchem’s audience.

- Conceptualizing campaigns for both traditional and digital channels, addressing corporate branding and identity challenges as they arise.

Candidate Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who:

- Are pursuing a degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

- Have a keen interest in social media platforms and related analytics tools.

- Demonstrate creativity, strong multitasking abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in team settings.

- Preferably possess prior experience in marketing or social media, though this is not a requirement.

Additional Information

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
