Holderchem S.A.L. supplies cement additives, concrete admixtures, mortars, and specialty construction products. As a Chemical Admixtures Sales Affiliate, you will call on concrete ready-mix producers, precast manufacturers, concrete block and pipe manufacturers, and any related cement users that would use chemical admixtures to produce better more cost-effective products. You will broaden the company’s customer base, offering customer service, competitive pricing, new product introductions, and technical service. You will build and develop relationships with technical managers, sales managers, and owners. You will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales volume with existing accounts consistently achieving corporate established sales and financial objectives. You will seek new opportunities in close coordination with the Sales Managers. You will provide job site inspections, review specifications and proposals and attend pre-bid and pre-construction meetings when required by customers and your relationship manager. You will have to develop a complete knowledge of relevant products & industry standards and an ability to recognize existing and potential problems.

To prepare you to give Holderchem customers the outstanding service they expect, you will receive extensive technical and sales training. You will be provided with technical support to meet customers’ needs.

Qualifications

You must have:

• excellent interpersonal skills,
• demonstrate an ability to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations by maintaining and developing working relationships,
• possess good problem-solving skills and an ability to discuss business issues and propose appropriate Holderchem solutions,
• maintain up to date records through computer systems, and possess a superior knowledge of cement and concrete both from a technical and commercial perspective.
• Possess good computer skills

Holderchem S.A.L. offers affiliates a compensation program based on flexible benefits. While Experience in selling in the construction industry is preferred, civil engineers who have just graduated will also be considered. A background in Concrete is a plus. Sales achievers with 2-3 years outside sales experience seeking to take their careers to the top should consider joining Holderchem S.A.L.
