Grinding aids and pack set inhibitors - Amines-based

Description

BATIMIX GA Series products are aqueous solutions designed from a mixture of amine blends. They are used as grinding aids and pack set inhibitors during the manufacture of Portland and other hydraulic types of cement. They greatly improve the efficiency of the grinding process by reducing the surface energy forces which cause agglomeration of the newly fractured cement particles. These proven additives are developed to decrease energy demand, increase mill output, and reduce maintenance requirements. They are effective in both open circuit and closed circuit cement mills.

Main Purpose

The BATIMIX GA Series products are particularly recommended for the grinding of:

  • Portland/blended types of cement
  • Masonry/mortar types of cement
  • White cement

BATIMIX GA Series products may be irritant to the skin and eyes. If accidentally spilled onto the skin, wash immediately with soap and water.
