Batimix Epoxy 200 LV

Epoxy adhesive - High modulus - Low viscosity


BATIMIX Epoxy 200 LV is a 100% reactive, two-component material designed as a moisture insensitive adhesive and binder for numerous application needs. This high modulus material is available in low viscosity (LV), medium viscosity (MV), or gel (GEL) consistencies.

BATIMIX Epoxy 200 LV provides a faster cure time for bonding concrete, at temperatures ranging from 1°C to 16°C.

Main Purpose

BATIMIX Epoxy 200 LV is a multi-purpose product. It is suitable for the following applications:

  • General adhesive
  • Primer and sealer
  • Bonding toppings
  • Production of repair mortars by mixing it with sand.

At temperatures exceeding 25°C, the medium viscosity product (MV) is more suitable for the applications listed herein. The product is not recommended for use as a surface sealer over new concrete, nor at substrate temperatures less than 0°C.


BATIMIX Epoxy 200 LV exhibits the following characteristics:

  • High early strength at low temperatures
  • Excellent adhesion for bonding together concrete, steel, ceramic, or wood.
  • Forms a tough, wear and chemical resistant coating for industrial floor slabs
  • Easy-to-use mix ratios by volume
  • Designed for applications at temperatures of 4°C to 30°C
  • Working time and cure time will decrease as temperatures increase, and conversely increase as temperatures decrease

BATIMIX Epoxy 200 LV is mixed with sand or other aggregates. It is used to produce epoxy repair mortars and epoxy repair concrete. Mix the epoxy resin unit (part A) with the hardener unit (part B) before adding the aggregates. Trowel the mortar into place. If the surface is too rough, a topcoat of either BATIMIX Epoxy 200 LV or BATIMIX Epoxy 200 MV can be applied. It is not intended to be used as an aesthetic coating nor for overhead anchoring.


The mix ratio of component A:B is 2:1 by volume.

Health & Safety

BATIMIX Epoxy 200 LV is a two-part system. It is packaged in 1 gallon (3.8 liters) and 3 gallons (11.4 liters) units. The mix ratio of components A to B is 2 to 1 by volume. Store indoors at temperatures ranging from 7oC to 30oC.
