Batimix MP 100 Series

Description

BATIMIX MP 100 Series products are high-performance liquid water-reducing admixtures for both mortars and grouts, primarily made from high-grade lignosulphonate materials.

Main Purpose

BATIMIX MP 100 Series products improve concrete workability and allow for the effective reduction in the free water content of both mortars and grouts. They deflocculate very-strongly fine cementitious particles, resulting in the more effective use of the mixing water, yielding improved consistency.

Mortars prepared with BATIMIX MP 100 Series products are characterized by the following:

In the plastic state:

• Improved workability without adding extra water
• Reduced water content up to 20% with minimum secondary effects
• Increased homogeneity with minimum segregation and bleeding
• Normal setting characteristics under cool conditions

In the hardened state:

• Increased strengths – compressive, flexural, and bonding
• Reduced shrinkage, creep, and water permeability
• Enhanced mortar durability and surface appearance
