Batimix MC-HP Series

Description

BATIMIX MC-HP Series products are inter-ground with clinker and other raw materials to produce masonry cement (ASTM C91) and mortar cement (ASTM C1329).

These products reduce water-demand and enhance air-entrainment, workability, board life, and water retention. They improve grinding efficiency by reducing surface energy forces, which cause agglomeration. They are effective in both open and closed circuit cement mills.

Main Purpose

BATIMIX MC-HP Series products are used for the grinding of masonry and mortar types of cement. They are suitable for white and gray cement.

Features

BATIMIX MC-HP Series products are easy to use and safe to handle additives used to achieve:

• Increased mill output at same-cement fineness,
• Reduced energy costs and pack set,
• Enhanced grain size distribution for optimized initial and final strengths of cement,
• Increased level of air-entrainment (8% to 21%) according to specification requirements,
• Improved quality and compressive strength at all ages (and/or reduced clinker factor), and
• Improved workability, board life, and water retention for mortar and masonry applications.

Health and Safety
